Istanbul Sights, Sounds and Hotels
The Aynali Kavak Summer Pavilion in Istanbul was originally built in the 18th century but over the years various sultans restored the pavilion and added their own touches. The palace’s name, Mirrored Poplar, came about when the Venetians gifted Istanbul with the famous mirrors in 1718. This palace is a magnificent example of traditional Turkish architecture and is situated on the Golden Horn.
A visit to Istanbul city should be compulsory for everybody just to see the Istanbul palaces! Very much like palaces are the welcoming Istanbul hotels.
